About

Michael Strosnider has over 20 years of roofing and construction experience on the east coast.  As an owner and president of StroCo, Michael and his wife, Dustyn, co-owner and CEO, started this company to provide a different level of service to their customers.

Yes, Michael is part of the Strosnider Hardware Store family and worked at the Kemp Mill location alongside his father, Michael John Strosnider. There he learned his family’s work ethic and how to manage a business.

Dustyn comes from the hospitality industry and knows how important customer service is as well as exceeding customer expectations. She prides herself in being one step ahead. Michael and Dustyn make a dynamic duo, they each have expertise in fields that make StroCo as successful, reliable and responsive as possible.

Our goal is to exceed your expectations while providing superb customer service. We are a couple with honesty and integrity who do our best to do right by others. 

Our customers become like family and refer us to their friends and family, which is the biggest honor and compliment that we can receive.

The inspiration for our company

We saw that there needed to be more honesty, accountability and reliability in this industry, and to be able to provide an estimate for services needed and follow that through to completion. Seeing the success of building relationships with customers, suppliers, subcontractors and other roofers made us realize the importance of starting our own business that carries the legacy of the family name.

StroCo has evolved from a commercial roofing company to include residential contracting and provides roofing, chimneys, siding, windows, decks, kitchen & bathroom repair and replacement solutions. We have taken the licensing piece of being a contractor to heart, have worked to learn the ins and outs of the process when it comes to permitting so projects can be completed timely. All things that were done by other people in the past. 

Our philosophy of doing business

• We are involved from the first call, text or email. StroCo is onsite, always available and will answer all questions, concerns in a timely manner. 
• We provide Cradle to Grave service, with you along the way from the beginning to the end. Offering continued maintenance as needed/desired for the life of your dwelling. 
• We take pride in cleanliness, leaving the job site in a better condition then we found it when providing a repair or service.
• We provide detailed estimates/proposals to take all of the guesswork out of the project. We give the customer confidence in the process & in the planning of the project.
• We like the challenge of the next project. Fixing & replacing a roof or demoing and replacing a kitchen to better a property is exciting and rewarding. Seeing a smile on the customer’s face is what gets us out of bed every morning.
